Being active has never been more rewarding! CARROT is a free app that incentivizes walking by offering financial rewards. By achieving personalized activity goals, users earn virtual currencies that can be used to participate in games, challenges, auctions, and earn rewards such as digital gift cards. These rewards can be won in live, real-time auctions!

CARROT has successfully gamified health and wellness with various engaging features. "CARROT Survivor" is a competition where contestants strive to achieve their personal goals every day. "Versus" contests include weekly fantasy football competitions and similar games throughout the year. And CARROT's "Unlockables" feature allows users to access special prizes by maintaining a streak of achieving personal goals.

CARROT offers several great features for iPhone users:

1. Using Apple HealthKit, CARROT provides personalized "Activity Goals" based on users' activity history. These goals are updated daily, motivating users to push themselves a little bit more each day and earn rewards.
2. CARROT's Apple Watch app allows users to conveniently monitor their daily activity progress with just a tap.
3. Through iBeacon technology, users can earn bonus Reward Points for participating in community health programs and visiting participating businesses.
4. CARROT is fully inclusive and allows manual wheelchair users to participate by rewarding their "pushes" instead of steps. Note: The use of an Apple Watch is required to accurately collect push data for use on CARROT.

All CARROT users earn one Reward Point for each step they take. Premium Members, including those who are sponsored by their employers through a CARROT Corporate Wellness Program, can also earn CARROTcoins for achieving personalized activity goals. A one-month Premium Membership can be obtained through an In-App purchase.

With CARROT, there's no need to purchase a wearable tracker as everything, including steps data and rewards, is stored exclusively on the phone. The app doesn't even have to be running for users to earn points. However, if users already own a tracker, CARROT accepts data from most popular devices.

Employers can offer CARROT rewards to their employees through the "CARROT Health & Wellness" program. This low-cost program provides exclusive company-sponsored rewards, such as digital gift cards, for meeting daily activity goals. Employers can launch their own CARROT Wellness pilot program by entering their information on the CARROT "Wellness" screen.

CARROT respects users' privacy and offers multiple sign-in options including phone number, Facebook, or anonymous login. Anonymous ("Guest") users should note that all data is stored only on the device, and logging out or deleting the app will result in permanent loss of data and earned rewards.

Many exclusive rewards are location-based, and users can earn bonus Reward Points for visiting CARROT businesses and other locations.
